Ripped out and ripped off

I chose this particular book because it said it had a book plate signed by William F Buckley. I was excited to open the book but that quickly turned to disappointment because the first page was ripped out!! I assume it had the autograph. There’s a weasel out there selling books and I just met him. Very unhappy 🙁
