I just want to say:"Fantastic book" and a "must have" for everyone who really wants to get a cruise ship job! Two days ago the hiring manager for my targeted position told me that she has taken the decision to hire me almost immediately because of my "outstanding cover letter and resume". Let me tell you that I am an ordinary, good employee with 1.5 years experience in a 4 star hotel.
