This book has alot of great comfort food recipes. The waffles, the pop-corn balls, are just a few of the good recipes in here.

Great Cooking Made Easy

The book has many different recipes for a wide variety of occasions. The layout allows a novice cook like myself to create meals that taste far more elaborate than anything that I thought I could ever cook. By giving complete meals, it takes the guess work out of trying to decide what goes with what. It taught me a few cooking basics that I did not know as well. It has made cooking more fun.
