This book investigated in an unprecedented way the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic activities of essential oil (EO) crossed from Syzygium . aromaticum, Pimpinella anisum, Illicium verum, Cinnamomum verum and Pimenta dioica and their respective nanoemulsion .
