NOT a pattern book

I bought this book for the pattern of the top on the cover. I opened to the pattern. First it showed the materials used, which looked pretty basic. Next were the stitches used, which is when things started getting suspicious....it only listed 5 stitches (chain!, single crochet, double crochet, triple crochet and shell stitch). Red Flags ..... Then the instructions which were basically 2 rounds (not counting the beginning chain). Those two rounds were the only instructions for the Neckline; the Body AND Sleeves (until they reach desired length) (what?!?!?!); and the Bottom Edge. The two rounds were just repeated under every heading. I actually worked up several rounds and with every round, the "garment" grew wider and wider. If I had continued on, it would've looked like Scarlett O'Hara..... I am SOOOO disappointed because it's such a beautiful top. I feel totally ripped off, even though it was only 11$, it's the principle, and my time has been wasted! ~ Not to mention the paper that was used to print this awful thing. Not worth the ink used to print it! :(
