Critical Introspection: Transforming the Internal

Critical Introspection is an analysis of the Self, exploring the chaos due to internal and external factors. The Self can be a barrier to success and progress because we can pick apart, and injure ourselves with just our thoughts (and the memories that linger from our past). These thoughts can empower/elevate or crush/deflate. Since negativity can be a wide-reaching (all-encompassing) emotion that can quickly escalate to destroying the Self, we need this self-questioning to examine the internal.What do we entertain and magnify on an hourly, daily, regular basis? We are capable of evolving once we understand and unravel these thoughts and emotions. When we figure out our purpose we can work on little steps of heedful action to create a better place of doing more than just surviving. Faith and belief in the One, the Creator can be a constant in our lives. We need this message of hope to keep trying and persevering.
