Crisis Management Strategy of the Prophet (ﷺ)

Crisis is a situation which may emerge suddenly and needs solution quickly. For example, a natural disaster or a battle. Humans can control them to some extent but many of them are not controllable. It has been a popular subject of intellectual discussion especially after huge natural disasters of recent past.
The author had found the topic in the biography of the Prophet (ﷺ) a couple of years ago when he published "Management Practices of the Prophet". However, it was only a chapter in the treatise and was useful to expand it to the size of a book. Therefore, book is in your hands with the grace of Allah SWT.
The book has eight chapters. The first one introduces the topic. The purpose was to find out the meaning of the term "Crisis Management" and a model for analysis. The model consists of five phases. Thus,

following five chapters describe them. Planning crisis was a key issue to prevent or minimise the impacts of crisis which needed a separate chapter. Therefore, chapter seven deals with it. The closing chapter describes a case study to cater the needs of teachers and students to understand the topic in real life situation.
The message of the book is to know that the Prophet (ﷺ) had managed crisis successfully. The topic is a part of Islamic Management Theory which the author had discovered recently. It is the forty third treatise on the subject with the grace and favour of Almighty Allah SWT. May Allah SWT accepts it. Ameen!
