Crimson Cane Fields

This story takes place long before the civil war, when the South had large plantations, and most of the workers, black slaves, sometime 600/1000 slaves, on a plantation, 30 to 50 white people, controlling and enslaved them. I often wondor, why the black people, didn't kill all the white people and leave. So I think the owners where vampires, and every so often, The owner's only came out after the sun went down, and they would get all the slaves and the overseers, together for a demonstration, of the power by killing anyone who didn't follow their rules. And when no one had not broken, and rules they just picked someone to kill in front of them by bitting them and sucking out their blood. If a slave run from the plantation, the owner and overseers would hunt down, and the vampires, would kill them. That's what I am writing about. This story takes place over 200 years
