Very thorough and useful book

This is a very thorough book and clearly written. You need to cover about 20-30 pages in the course of a 4.0 credit, one semester CRIM PRO class to finish the whole book. This can be challenging, but seeing as how many CRIM PRO courses are separated into two semesters, it is not so bad to finish the entire book. The first note after each case is the most important. It is important to supplement this book with lots of practice problems. Also, some supplementary cases may be necessary as the Roberts' court makes new law, but 99% of the book is current law.

Quick and Helpful
