Being captured in a raid did nothing to improve Jason's life. Not that he was doing well as an indentured servant, but his new life is far more precarious, as King Hector, whose men captured him, wants him to fight for his entertainment... to the death. But the queen has lusty ideas about such strapping young men.
King Liam, whose kingdom was raided, won't go to war about the affront, but he is willing to pay for revenge. Given King Hector's reputation for having an insatiable appetite for women, the master assassin decides that Atina might be the perfect person to carry out the mission.
