There are four cardinal rules in the heroin business, no snitching (be true to the game thereby the game would be true to you); cash rules (If money can fix it why worry about it); protect the business (keep good product, stay consistent and swift reprisal for intruders); and in times of peace prepare for war. Dennis adapts well and quickly the money and luxuries pour in. His friends grow and so does his enemies. His empire grows fast and large. Dennis is now king and if one desires to be king, they must first kill Caesar. The D.E.A starting to investigate him, the other five rival drug gangs join forces to bring him and his men down. The Saint Louis homicide detectives are investigating a murder case from six years ago. Dennis sensed the inevitable consequences of his choices and begins to plan his exit from the drug business. But how do you stop a fast-moving locomotive from becoming a train wreck and how do you get a happy ending from a horror story. The drug war begins, and Dennis gives out the order to his men to (scorch the earth) and the streets of Saint Louis are filled with a river of blood. The D.E.A. Creeps in the shadows and the homicide detectives have a witness and are proceeding to arrest Dennis.
