In 2013 this young Canadian lady made a long solo kayak expedition around one of Canada's great lakes. Lake Ontario was cold that spring and Mother Nature was in a very weird mood that year. The winds were crazy and the expedition was rather wild. The poor girl got hypothermia 5 times and went into hypothermic shock 3 times and landed in an ambulance twice. Tough and determined to conquer the lake she kept going and explored this most populated part of Canada.
