Inspiration High Gear...

I really enjoyed this book. I'm new to mixed media slash creative works and this is a wonderfully inspiring book to get the crafty juices flowing. The projects are unique and allow room to give each "outcome" your own unique spin. I wasn't disappointed at all and though it depends on individual taste, I don't think you'll be disappointed either.

A beautiful book bursting with creative, tasty ideas. If you love bright colors delivered with extra sugar and sprinkles, Craft Candy is the page-turner for you. Each project is vibrant and clever, just like Candace, the author. A great resource for beginning or experienced crafters and artists alike! Indulge!!!

Craft Candy for all!

I found this book to be easy to follow for even the most novice. The projects are vibrant and full of life. There is an air of RomaRock here (romantique and rock and roll). It is my favorite craft book to date! Candy Rocks!!! Among my favorite projects are the "Rocker Hearts and Butterflies Jeans"( I am encouraging you to apply your own touch here) and the Cuffs- OMG! She is the Beyonce of Crafting! AGAIN- I SAY- My all-time favorite crafting book!! She crafts jewelry, jeans, handbags, clutches, she even makes use of leather(remember that 80's skirt you hated to part with?), fabric and paint, combining the sass and pizazz you would expect from someone with her fine arts background. Pillows and purses. Stitch,Glue, Paint is the new Mantra. Yabba Dabba Doo! Full of Pictures of the Artist who is the picture of health and happiness. All hail the Craft Diva Candy!!
