Really Fascinating Read

This is a great book, well laid out, with good arguments for developing ways to get women and POC into computers. It has a lot of suggestions for everyone to help with this problem, whether a parent, teacher, or business organization. Read quickly and had lots of stuff to back everything the author says. I found myself highlighting it so I could go back.
