Can I get an ENCORE...because I want more

WONDERFUL...EXCEPTIONAL...ENCORE... Cracked Dreams was a wonderful book. I felt like my eyes were moving extra fast trying to absorb all the words off the page at once. I strongly recommend that everyone who comes across this book takes the time to pick it up and READ it. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed. The book was so real that I almost thought I knew the characters. I can't wait until MBaptiste gives me another book to read!!! HURRY UP AND GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT!!!!!!!!!!

"It's kind of quiet tonight, traffic's moving slowly..."

Traffic was just about the only thing moving slowly in this one...I read this book from beginning to end in one day! I enjoyed this first-time author's style very much. He has a way of telling a story intelligently without sacraficing validity and integrity in "the hood". Too many authors try way too hard to give the impression that they're from the streets and it comes across forced. Cracked Dreams still has that gangsta touch, without the headache you get from reading lines over and over again before understanding the point (if one even exist). Job well done, Michael! I'll be looking forward to the next one!

GREAT READ!!!

This book is informative and suspenseful. The author didn't just put it together like some of these others do. I'm not even from NY and I felt like I was right there with the Time Bombs every step of the way. Cracked Dreams takes you through the street with a microscope and lets you see every detail of the life with great detail. I loved it!!!

SOMEBODY DID THEIR HOMEWORK

Finally an urban fiction writer who did their homework. This book wasn't just thrown together. The author understood that it takes more than just cures words and sex to tell a story, you need a good PLOT. This book delivers it all good writing,supsense,a great ending & of course some sex & curse words. A great read

I thought Coldest Winter Ever was a ill G'd up book! Ya'll just ain't ready for this 1!! Action, suspense, this 1 has it all!! I was really impressed with the "research" it must've taken to write this one!! The Timebombs explode into the streets of the Bronx with a common goal..Money, Power, Respect!! They stop at nothing to acheive it!! Good 1, Mr. Baptiste..Keep'em coming!!
