Long-lasting sweetness

This little book has been a favorite in our house since the 90s. And it held up to all the love quite well! The illustrations are sweet and appealing; detailed and warm. A story for cuddly times.

wonderful, and beautiful

This is a beautifully illustrated book, with a fetching cast of characters. It is so nice to see a little girl in books who has short dark hair and is so competent in her abilities. We should all dress and entertain like this.
