Anne Goddard Charter's life with her husband Boyd is the stuff of which Hollywood movies or television miniseries are made. Boyd and Anne Charter were founding members of Montana's Northern Plains Resource Council. This husband and wife team united with their ranching neighbors to resist the coal-hungry corporations that sought to turn their beloved Bull Mountain ranches into strip mines.
