In the woods, Cowboy Bob hums Rock & Roll tunes, as he kidnaps, rapes, and dismembers hikers, while he plays a cat and mouse game with a private investigator, trying to find a missing girl.In the middle of a serene hiker's paradise, Cowboy Bob lives in an unassuming and decrepit cabin. As happy hikers occasionally pass the cabin, Bob will offer a smile and a wave. There is no crime in the peaceful woods and there is no road rage. People come to the woods to rejuvenate their spirits. When the sun sets and the glow of a full moon providing light, Bob, humming Rock & Roll tunes, casually takes a metal pail out to the gorgeous lake and begins to feed his turtles. Reaching down into the pail, Bob pulls out a human finger and tosses it into the lake, with the hungry turtles quickly devouring the finger. As Bob hears the faint laughter of hikers, camped a short distance away, he empties the pail, commenting, "It's all about sex, blood, and Rock & Roll." To feed his pets, Bob goes searching for unsuspecting hikers, with a keen eye for young ladies.
