QUESTION COOL CAT'S CRITICISM, NO REFERENCE

Cover Your Assets: Lawsuit Protection: How to Safeguard Yourself, Your Family, and Your Business in the Litigation Jungle "The Cool Cat" does NOT identify the resources\links proving that the [1] Florida Supreme Court prohibited Jay Mitton marketing his book in Florida and [2] the American Bar Association's Estate Planning Bulletin Board's "scathing comments" about the book. Reputable organizations but what, if anything, did they say ? "Where's the beef ?" Cool Cat ? ? ?

Fantastic Book

I have read hundred of books on finances and I would rate this book near the top as to its usefulness. I learned more about asset protection from reading this book than I have learned from the hundreds of hours I have spent with CPAs, attorneys and financial advisors over the years.

I read this book and it was great!

I found this book very easy to understand and informative. I have attended estate planning seminars and other financial conferences, but came away overwhelmed and confused. Jay has a great personal story that really adds to his credibility. After I finished reading it, I immediately read it again. I know what to do and what not to do. I have changed the way I do business since I read this book. The negative review by "Cool Cat" is obviously biased if you read all of his reviews. He only endorses one asset protection book and it's probably his own. My guess is that he never read any of these books and is eihter Jay Adkisson himself or one of his associates. Notice that his review doesn't focus on the book, but rather attacks Jay Mitton. This seems typical for most attorneys.
