Something is definitely rotten in the state of the elves.

Someone's got a serious aim problem-or maybe not-because Green Witch Rhianne Alkenn just dodged an elven arrow by sheer luck.

She fared better than poor Eldrin, who was stabbed with an elven dagger. Coincidence? Not likely, because Rhianne finds out they are targeting her father too.
