The Franklin County Arts Council's Writers Guild is very pleased to present our 5th edition of County Lines: A Literary Journal. Writers from all over North Carolina and from as far away as Maine and Florida contributed their prose, poems and art to be published in this issue. We love the conjoining of vision and literary art in this project. Proceeds from the sales of County Lines make it possible to continue publication and our other literary projects.
