Counterfeit

As evil becomes more prevalent in our world, people are looking for answers and ways to combat it, often crying out to God to "do something." But, God has already given us all we need to overcome satan and his minions. If we will just pick up the weapons He has given us and use them. At Pentecost, the Church was given the Gifts of the Holy Spirit: Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith, Healing, Miracles, Prophecy, Discerning of Spirits, Tongues and Interpretation of Tongues (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).

These Gifts are meant as weapons of warfare against our enemy and for use in the edification of the Church. They have proven to be unconquerable to satan and his agents. So, satan had to find another way to stop the Church from advancing: counterfeits.

For every Gift of God, satan has a counterfeit.

These counterfeits, in many ways, have become mainstreamed and acceptable, while God's gifts have been labeled by some Christian factions as "passed away" and no longer available to us. Countless Christians aren't even aware of their existence, but are very familiar with the counterfeits. Now is the time for the Church to recognize the enemy's strategy and take back its place on the battlefield.

Counterfeit examines scripture for applications of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, exposes modern twisting of these gifts, and illuminates end-time enemy battle plans and schemes against Christians and unbelievers, alike.
