Cotton Mackenzie was a basketball player, she came from a family of jocks, and she was smart. She was the Player of the Year in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) twice, and she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Virginia. A severe knee injury kept her from playing for the USA National Team and, at the time there was no WNBA (Professional League) so she went to graduate school at the University of Florida. Cotton was twenty-three, tall, gorgeous and sexy, but had never been in love. It wasn't that she hadn't had opportunities, but she just went through men like pantyhose. Then it happened, she fell in love with a younger man, an eighteen-year old Freshman. It was a love affair filled with tenderness and passion, and Cotton had never been so happy. Unfortunately, they had different worlds to conquer, and Cotton left to play professional basketball in Russia. In Russia, Cotton found a vast new world, filled with fame, money, sex and love. It also included drugs and booze and her big new world came tumbling down around her. She no sooner straightened out her life when another tragedy struck. You may never meet anyone like Cotton, she is One Hell of a Woman.
