During a time of darkness in 1700's Britain, several inquisitors of the church, under the proclaimed decree of god and king, accused and sentenced a young woman to torture and death for the crime of witchcraft. Miraculously surviving, the young maiden was then pushed into an unlikely enrolment of dark arts, and sought to form a morose creed upon the attainment of her newfound power. With the main intent of revenge, a fellowship of blood thirsty anti-heroes formed, and sought to enact a violent counter inquisition to the same witch-trial inquisitors that, under the ranks of an extraneously intelligent and powerful Archbishop, operated in a region of South Wales called Butter Hill. Unbeknownst to the fellowship, there were unfathomably bigger and more convoluted problems to come in, than just the corrupt sins of the church order subordinates.
