Corruption and workers' human rights

This study analyses, in general terms, the relationship between human rights and the world of work from the perspective of new global trends in the fight against corruption. It verifies ideas on decent work and corporate governance and the main regulatory frameworks in Brazilian legislation. Therefore, it relates to current themes and ways to prevent corruption and promote human rights, such as codes of conduct and compliance provided for in international legislation, with a framework in the ILO.
