Giant Supplement Worth the Weight (and price)

Excellent. Unfortunately I bought this at my school book store & was totally price gauged, so good for you for buying it online. This book is massive (physically) so be prepared with a strong back, a locker, or a dorky wheel-backpack or you're gonna have sore arms lugging this around. But its comprehensiveness makes up for the girth. Contains everything you need to know for multiple classes including Corporations/B.A., Securities Regulations, Partnership Law, etc. I used it for 2 classes. Includes Delaware corporate law. Only complaint: A few provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 are occasionally abridged (but it's clear where this is done), so this isn't the model to buy if you're a securities lawyer trying to be cheap & avoid using Lexis/Westlaw or if you're writing a comment on Securities Regulation. But it is comprehensive enough that this book is still used in many Adv. Securities Regs classes. It's not that big of a deal, if you see the asterisks and you have a burning desire to know if you're missing anything, look it up online. Great supplement for Business Associations/Corporations and corporate governance.
