Corporate Social Responsibility has become an internal and inseparable part of the Corporates in recent times. Though the concept of CSR was prevalent in India since antediluvian times, it is only, recently that the concept has picked favoritism in the companies for their own advantage. It is CSR only that helps the environment and society to be treated the way they should be treated and helps economy to prosper. CSR has faced a lot of criticism in India after its implementation and many critics have given their views after the launching of CSR Report. But, since it has witnessed some negative views, it has its own positive impact also. Many Companies failed in implementing the CSR policies. But some famous and big corporate and MNCs has shown a good interest in the law. They really worked hard in framing policies and forming Committee also. In fact, they are some organization like Micro and Small not falling under the category has also performed well.
