It proposes strategies for public or private financing in this area through the creation of a corporate philanthropic guarantee fund. This fund would support the innovative activities of women entrepreneurs. The chosen model is based on the principle of collective and group lending grounded in the joint liability of the borrowers. The corporate philanthropic guarantee fund for women's entrepreneurial initiatives and incentives is a mechanism designed to guarantee loans to women for the purpose of financing innovative private or partnership-based entrepreneurial activities.
