I gave a copy of this to my niece and when my sister saw it, she really liked it. It will be her birthday present. Great price and super fast shipping.
I like Cook's Country better than Cook's Illustrated
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 18 years ago
I already wrote the same review about Cook's Country 2005 but the same applies for this one. I really like Cook's Country. And as I said in the title of this review, I actually like it better than Cook's Illustrated. One of the main reasons, every issue of Cook's Country has 30 minute recipes. I use them all the time. They're simple to make, quick, and delicious. And unlike Cook's Illustrated you get nice big color pictures. I much prefer that. Not only that, you also you get more recipes! The only complaint I have is, they don't use weight measurements like with Cook's Illustrated.
