For Fabulous Fungophile Feasting

The recipes in this book are outstanding. It really sparked my interest in going beyond the familiar grocery store "button" mushroom. Interspersed among the recipes are delightful anecdotes about wild mushroom hunting & mushroom feasts with his family & friends. As stated in the book, if you are lucky enough to live near Monterey, CA, John Pisto will identify any wild mushroom you take to his office.
