We are two brothers of Greek American Heritage whose family on both our parents' sides has roots to the island of Crete. We believe in using the right ingredients, in the right proportions with the right process to create meals that will have family and friends going back for seconds time and again. Most of our recipes are inspired from Mediterranean cuisine (not just Greek) and are not necessarily quick to prepare, but we assure you they are not so complex that you require a degree in chemistry to make them either. Our ingredients are simple and mostly available at your local grocery store. While we have never had any formal culinary training, we learned to cook from a young age, as soon as the older of us was tall enough to see over the stove from a step stool.
