Useful information but it is a little outdated. Basically tell how to chop up vegetagles uniformly so they can be chopped up smaller..

A great book of "How-To" and easy recipes

This cook book is a great reference on how to process foods and has many great recipes, that are quick to prepare. Additionally, it is full of color pictures.
