Food that is lowfat, easy to prepare, and very, very good.

My son bought this cookbook for his girlfriend because of her inexperience with cooking. They have tried many of the dishes with amazing results. New Years Eve we enjoyed Chicken Cordon Bleu from the book and it was delicious. Ingredients are readily available, simple, and best of all LIGHT. I am getting a copy for myself before the day is out.
