Good Eating!

Don't read this book if you are hungry--or else you might take a bite out of it. There is some good eating from these recipes. This is a great addition to anyone's cookbook collection.

Found this in a thrift store

This was published in the 80's by Oxmoor House for Southern Living magazine. I'd never heard of 'SL' before since I live in the Pacific Northwest. This book is full of accurate info on all kinds of Southern cooking. Great barbecue recipies. Great fish recipies. They really let the cat out of the bag with this one. Highly recommended.
