Conversations With Dog

In a moment of time, came a special dog that would capture my heart and my soul. Her name is Zoey. I'm about to take her to Costa Rica. This would be the first time that I have ever taken a dog on one of my trips.

About a month before we left, I was busy in our garden courtyard doing garden things, when out of the blue, a voice spoke to me It was deep, it was loving. It was the voice of God. He said, "Write your book through Zoey's eyes".

Well, I looked around and thought, OMG. What just happened? The last thing I was thinking of was writing a book. In the past I have often tried to write my memoir. Here lies the problem. I am a humorous story teller, it is the Ukranian in me I make funny faces, constant hand motion, relishing in the telling. Yet, when I try to transfer this to paper, I could never find the flow, the Essence of Rennie. Over the years I tried and tried and finally gave up. Now God was telling me to write Which tells me not only did He know my dilemma, He was clearly watching over me My book is an attempt to share my journey through adversities and healings. Learning that when we choose the glass half full, we gain wisdom So, it is with humbleness and humiliation that I share my memoir, as requested, with the Grace of God.

What a surprise when I next got on the computer and began to write through the eyes of Zoey. The flow was there, the humor was there, and thus began "Conversations With Dog".
