Controlled Khaos

Controlled Khaos. What does that make you think of? The phrase is often used in a casual sense, to describe something that may seem out of control, but functions according to unseen rules and organization. That happens to feel closely matched to how my life has always functioned. It seems that I'm either in control or I'm spiraling out of control into Khaos. I'd like to explain myself.
