This publication contains the works written by the author over the last years, participating in the Uruguayan commercial doctrine. This, in very important years in historical terms, witnesses of structural changes that marked a significant turnaround in the very contours of Commercial Law at national and international level. The works are, in all cases, a proactive reaction to situations that reality has confronted the business world.
