This book is readable, well organized, and full of needed information.

Practical and streamlined

I am particularly drawn to this this very practical book's focus on developing excellence as a continuous improvement/renewal process. Continuous Excellence: Building Effective Organizations boils down what seem like fads in management advice to the essential core concepts, with an emphasis on the systemic nature of critical management functions. While the information packed in this little volume is very streamlined, the book also identifies many good resources to further explore the concepts presented.
