Steve O'Connor, incarcerated for murder, has escaped from prison and is now seeking revenge on the jury who put him behind bars. Dwayne Carson, a Special Agent with the FBI whose best years are behind him, is assigned the case to apprehend O'Connor. Believing the case beneath his pay grade and not worth his full effort, Carson allows the two original arresting police detectives to assist. When jurors begin dying, Carson realizes this case could be the one to allow him to retire in style with the respect he deserves. The FBI must now race against the detectives to capture O'Connor first, while the killer himself is racing to eliminate jurors.
