The hypo-tester manifesto.

This book is the manifesto of the hypothesis tester paradigm in policy debate. All theory is reviewed from that world view. It's name suggests it is "contemporary," but the book discusses much theory that is simply not used much anymore (i.e. Minor Repairs).
