Wow

It wasn't quite what I thought it would be. I mean BANG out of the gate drama and feels. the sneak peek preview leaves your heart pounding. The rest of the book does not contain that much drama about fire fighting - its a story about the fire fighters themselves and understanding who they are and why they are who they are. Not sure what I expected. JR is fantastic and this is a great book, but it definitely takes a turn away from the opening.
