Construction and use of a Fixed Focus Parabolic Solar Disc for cooking

In this world of development and concern for sustainability, the use of clean technologies and renewable energy sources is increasingly promising. This work describes the step-by-step construction of a prototype with a 2.7m reflector area and its use for cooking food. On a clear day, instantaneous temperatures of over 500 C were recorded using an infrared thermometer, confirming the enormous potential of this concentrator.
