A Highly Useful Study Aid!

This is an extremely useful book for any first year law student. I have about every imaginable first year study aids, but by far this is one of the best on the market! Professor Baker does an outstanding job of explaining complex issues to the novice constitutional law student. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who would like to enhance their legal knowledge. It's also a very handy tool for final exam time!

Simply Hypo-Rific (Awesome)

For the simple folk or extreme mavens, this is one book that you can not go with out. Regardless if you are a law student or just a layman, this is a must for any library. This book thoroughly and concisely explains the inner most thinking of Constitutional Law and the thinking of a genius professor. It will explain to you the thought process and logic used by judges to come to their rulings on Constitutional Law issues. If you are having a hard time in you ConLaw class or you are a human who wants to expand his or her mind, then you must buy this book now before it's sold out.

Fantastic Supplement to Constitutional Law

Professor Baker's "Constitutional Analysis" is an excellent supplement to the study of first year constitutional law. However, I would recommend the book to any individual wishing to improve their understanding of the Constitution. The book uses common language and reads like a well-written novel. The Index and Table of Cases allow you to quickly locate any topic or case quickly and efficiently.

Invaluable Supplemental Resource

Professor Baker's concise supplement, 'Constitutional Analysis: In a Nutshell' was a great help to understanding first year constitutional law. It was most helpful in spelling out the nuances of 14th amendment decisions. All in all the nutshell was easy to follow, and although it did not mirror the outline from the text book, it was very easy to find subject matters from the index.

Check out the New Improved Second Edition

This is a "new improved" second edition targeted for an audience of law students and others interested in understanding the Constitution and the Supreme Court. Very accessible to the novice.
