Constitution of the United States for Students: Ordered for quick memorization respecting its literalness. Includes The Declaration of Independence.

Both in my student and teacher years, I was always struck by the apparent aridity of the legislation in a first reading, when with a small effort, which seems unattainable to retain for memory, it can become a text clear and synthetic, perfectly structured and prepared to be retained and memorized. The more I think about this little technique, the more I understand that its origin is in the Spanish language classes of the school and the institute, because for years we had to identify predicate subject, direct, indirect and circumstantial complements, etc., etc., and what we come here to do is just structure the different parts of the sentence, helping with some formatting to highlight the KEYWORDS, or crossing out the words when we are facing denials, to facilitate that with a single glance you can understand everything the corresponding article wants to tell us. And all this respecting the literalness of the norm and the order in which things are said in the legal text.I have to admit that it took me a long time to discover this really magical way of presenting the information, but once found, I can assure you that- dramatically reduces the difficulty of understanding, - saves study time and- improve the memorization of legislation and, - in conclusion, - makes the student's life much easier, and- makes him a much more effective professional student. In this book I apply this technique to the Declaration of Independence and to the Constitution of the United States, which includes the Bill of Rights and the other Amendments. The original version of the Constitution used here is a transcription of it as handwritten by Jacob Shallus, and the original of which is kept in the National Archives Building in Washingto
