This is part of the Barron's Business Success Series, which include: Creative Problem Solving, Increasing Your Memory Power, Time Management, which I also own & have read in the early 90's. Each title is in fact a pocket-sized book, just above 100 pages, but jam-packed with practical, useful advice. Each is also written in plain language. In this particular volume, the author shows you, through three case studies, how to take effective action to conquer your stressors, whether they are internal or external. The chapters are systematically laid out as follows: PART I: GETTING TO KNOW THE ENEMY 1. Stress Today 2. Stress Hurts You Whether You Know It or Not 3. Four Things that shape Your Stress 4.
