Insightful and helpful resource

This book is excellent for women (or men) who want to understand patterns they have developed that either help or sabatage all kinds of relationships. Well grounded in sound psychology and spirituality. Would be a great book for a womens' study group. The material is meaningful but it is not difficult to read or understand.
