Inspires and Encourages

Being new to Corporate America, I feel the pressure of being a young woman striving for success. This book is a guide that inspires hopes and dreams yet proves that these thoughts are relevant and indeed possible. I found the 4P formula and the Priority Wheel as great tools. As a visual learner, the Priority Wheel helps me define my priorities and keeps them updated. I recommend this book to all women but especially to those new grads that need guidance on their road to success!

Wonderful Read: Very Practical

We would not expect a runner to begin a marathon without knowing where the finish line would be. Why should we expect this for ourselves then? It is important to know what you want in life and to take the appropriate steps to reach those milestones. Connecting My Dots is exactly what young women need to help them map out their priorities and achieve the success of finishing their own personal race. This book left me with inspiration to seek what makes me happy and gave five incredibly insightful steps to reach that ultimate happiness of multidimensional success. I found myself laughing and crying at the personal examples Dr. Ageenko put in the book because I could relate, even at a young age. This is definitely a must read for everyone!

The 5th P

As I was reading this book, two thoughts came to mind. First, how I wish I, a young Latin woman just 3 yrs in the US, had a 'Guide' like this when 25 years ago, my road in corporate America started. Second, another P needs to be added to the 4P Formula this book proposes and it would be a P for Phenomenal. Hindsight being 20/20, I could only suggest to young women in the workforce now to use this book as a 'guide' to the next phase in their lives. Dr. Ageenko has provided with this book a lighting tool for you.

A delightful Reading !!!

When I began my work career the subtle message that was conveyed to me as a woman was that I had to make a choice between my career and family; that if I wanted to have kids I would do so at the expense of further career progress. Ilieva's book opened my eyes to the reality that as a woman it is possible to achieve success across multiple dimensions. Her book provides a roadmap for women to live a balanced and successful life at work, at home, and with friends. I only wish I had read her book at the start of my career. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

This is an inspirational book!

It is an inspirational, precise and very practical book about women and leadership. I appreciate Dr. Ageenko share her life experiences and wisdoms with younger women, including myself. Some of them I can certainly use right away. I strongly recommend it to anyone including both man and woman.
