Congo celebrates 63 years of independence

The DRC, a great country in Central Africa, is celebrating its 63rd year of independence, but it's disappointing to see that it has regressed so much over the years, and is now lagging behind in certain areas essential to life. Those responsible for this regression are the Congolese themselves, whatever their qualities and titles, because of their lack of seriousness. So, to catch up, the Congolese people, and especially the young, need to realize that no one but themselves will have to take things in hand in a serious way to change things.
