Great Book

Someone had recommended this book to me and it was everything and more then they promised. Great resource for business and relationships. Richard does an excellent job of giving you the tools and the insight vs. just pontificating on theory. The surprise part of the book - my favorite part - is in the back where he does an incredible job of describing how to confront yourself - WOW very impactful and eye opening for me. This is a must read for all my employees. Great job Richard!!!!

From a middle school teacher's perspective, this is an excellent classroom resource. It is easy to read and helps to make sense of some of the conflict between students and people in general. It gives the teacher an awareness of what to look for and how to deal with the different conflicting areas of personality.---I just really enjoyed the book and intend to purchase it for my library to keep for future reference and re-reading
