Literature review showed that it is indeed possible to find the right balance between application of conflict management technics and keeping the healthy atmosphere within a team at optimal level. Specifically, the mediation process, its benefits, limitations and hidden obstacles expressed in conflict asymmetry, is discussed as one of the ways to cope with conflicts and stay balanced.
